“Display Server Status” -> “Server unreachable!”

When, after successful server deployment, the "Display Status in Browser Window" is clicked and the server status displays OK
but clicking the "Display Server Status" button results in the message
Server at <yourhost>:<yourport> unreachable!

this is most likely caused by a HTTP proxy being in use but Eclipse is not properly configured to use that proxy, or,
in case the server is local, bypass the proxy.

This can be configured in the Portus Control Centre via
Window -> Preferences -> General -> Network Connections
